Meet Saad Afif, a Roosevelt Island native blending Moroccan heritage with American citizenship. His soccer journey is marked by dedication and love for the game.

Starting with DUSC and Fa Euro, Saad ventured to Morocco for a semi-professional opportunity at 18. Returning home after two years, he pursued a professional career, finding fulfillment with New Amsterdam Football Club in the NISA league.

Transitioning from player to coach at 19, Saad balanced both roles, showcasing his commitment. Now, armed with USSF certification, he dedicates himself full-time to nurturing talent and shaping future players.

Meet Leo Folla, a seasoned soccer pro boasting seven years of experience in the USL. Raised in a vibrant blend of Brazilian, Japanese, and Italian cultures, Leo's soccer journey mirrors his diverse background.

Born and raised in Roosevelt Island, NYC, Leo sharpened his skills with top-tier clubs like DUSC and Met Oval, earning scholarships to NCAA Division I schools such as the University at Albany and St. Francis College.

Currently pursuing coaching licenses with USSF, he's poised to share his wealth of experience once his playing days are over. He will enrich the game with his multicultural perspective

Goal Keeper Coach Specialist

Meet Nando Gutierrez, a seasoned goalkeeper specialist coach with a distinguished career spanning South America. Hailing from Venezuela, Nando has showcased his expertise on the professional stage in his homeland and two other South American countries, bringing a wealth of regional experience to his coaching.

Born and raised in Caracas, Nando honed his goalkeeping skills with top Venezuelan clubs before extending his career to other South American leagues. His diverse playing journey has given him a deep understanding of various playing styles and techniques within the continent.

Nando is USSF certified. With his extensive professional background and coaching credentials, he is dedicated to developing the next generation of goalkeepers, sharing his profound knowledge and unique perspective from his experiences in South American soccer.

Technical Director

Meet Ryo Koiso, a Japanese native with extensive experience. His discipline and dedication to the game, molded by Japanese culture, have allowed him to embark on a soccer journey filled with global experiences.

Ryo began his journey at one of the top academies in Japan, securing his first contract at 18 with a local pro club. After a year with the club, he moved to the US, where he played in D3 and D2 NCAA. Following his college career, he went on to play in Germany and Thailand.

He is currently pursuing coaching licenses with the USSF. With the Japanese academy methodology instilled in him, he will enhance not only players’ skills but also their overall experience with our service
